Exercise program

2010 is the third year of the Health Course. Many changes have occured since then, some of them slower than others. One of the changes in 2010 is the introduction of the exercise unit. This is a half hour mid afternoon program where a number of different activities have been introduced, including an obstacle course, a circuit, various games that get us moving and the favourite of students (and staff) is volleyball. Year 1 students are practising hard to take on the 2nd and 3rd year students at the end of the year. Can't wait!!
